All digital assets (STL/CAD files) provided by Ambience Jewels are licensed strictly for the production of physical jewelry only. The digital master files remain the intellectual property of Ambience Jewels. Any unauthorized redistribution, resale of STL files, or uploading to public repositories is a violation of international copyright laws and may result in immediate legal action.
Digital Asset Integrity
Due to the non-returnable nature of digital downloads, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy. However, we offer a Technical Guarantee if a file shows any mesh error during the slicing process, our studio will provide a corrected version within 48 hours.
Physical Craftsmanship
For physical idols and jewelry pieces, please allow a ±5% variation in weight and finish. This reflects the authenticity of casting and hand polishing, ensuring that every piece remains truly unique.
