At Ambience Jewels, we aim to provide high quality digital CAD files and design services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Products
All our products are digital CAD files (such as 3DM, STL, JCD, and OBJ). We do not sell physical jewellery. Once the files are delivered, they cannot be returned.
No Refund Policy
Since our products are digital products, they cannot be returned once delivered. For this reason, we do not offer any refunds or cancellations after the files have been successfully delivered and accessed by the customer. We request all customers to review product details carefully before making a purchase.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- If the file is corrupted or not working properly
- If the file is not delivered after payment
- If there is a major quality issue with the file
Resolution Process
If you face any issue, please contact us first. We will try our best to fix or replace the file. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund will be provided.
